One Platte Mixed-Use Development
The One Platte project is a Class A mixed-use office building located in the heart of a growing, multi-modal neighborhood with immediate access to bike trails, the Platte River and a mix of retail amenities. One Platte will be designed and constructed in accordance with current sustainable practices, and will achieve WELL Certification and a LEED Gold rating for Core and Shell.

Ninyo & Moore provided geotechnical, hydrogeological, geophysical, and environmental engineering and consulting services for this mixed-use project. In addition, Ninyo & Moore provided construction materials testing and inspection services during construction. The project includes a five-story, mixed-use building with 240,000 square feet of Class A office space and three below-grade parking levels with 1.25/1000 parking. The building features a ground-level restaurant, cafe and retail spaces, as well as an exterior courtyard, plaza and rooftop amenity terrace. The building was supported on a combination of micropile and drilled pier foundations and provided with a waterproof structural floor that is separated from the swelling bedrock and protected against buoyancy forces.
