To meet our client’s needs for meaningful remediation cost and effective remediation activities, Ninyo & Moore develops and prepares Remedial Action Plans (RAP) for regulatory approval. Site characteristics and selection of remedial alternative(s) are utilized to provide specific design criteria for the Remedial Action Design (RAD) element of the remedial planning activities. The RAP/RAD are prepared in draft form and submitted to appropriate regulatory agencies as well as the client for review and approval prior to circulation for public/responsible party input and prior to being adopted as the final document for undertaking remedial action at the specific site. These documents are prepared by or under the direct supervision of a Professional Geologist/Hydrogeologist and/or Professional Engineer.
